Sanaifu company, formerly known as Shanghai Synthetic Rubber Research Institute, was founded on April 16, 1960. In May 1980, it was renamed as Shanghai organic fluorine materials research institute. In August 1992, it was restructured from the relevant assets of Shanghai organic fluorine materials research institute and established as a joint-stock listed company.
