Tangshan Sanyou Chemical Co., Ltd. is the leader of soda industry in China. As a core subsidiary of the group, over the years, in accordance with the circular economy development concept of "product link, process connection, resource intensive and industrial cluster" of chairman and Secretary of the Party committee of the group, through continuous technical transformation and expansion, the soda production capacity has been increased from 600000 tons to 2.2 million tons, the total assets has increased from 2.3 billion yuan to 16.3 billion yuan, the annual operating income is 10.5 billion yuan, the area covers 555 mu, and the staff is rich 2944. On June 18, 2003, Sanyou chemical's a shares were listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange. In November 2005, the reform of non tradable shares was completed. On February 14, 2011, the assets of the chemical fiber company were successfully injected into the listed company; in December 2012, the injection of relevant assets of the mining company was completed, and the overall listing of high-quality assets of the group's main business was realized.

The company is a large-scale domestic soda enterprise with exquisite technical equipment and a complete range of products. Relying on the Caofeidian concentrated seawater comprehensive utilization project, the local government reduced the dependence of raw salt and fresh water, and realized the continuous optimization of various indicators. Taking full advantage of Qinghai's raw salt, limestone and fresh water resources, we have built a 1.1 million ton soda project in Qinghai, with a total output of 5 million tons.
