Si'an new energy Co., Ltd. is a professional energy-saving service company wholly-owned by Si'an holding in 2008, which uses industrial residual pressure and energy, low-carbon clean energy and solar thermal comprehensive utilization. It has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Jiayuguan Si'an, Jiexiu Si'an and Lanzhou Si'an.
