Zhejiang Jiangshan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise controlled by Zhejiang Transportation Investment Group. The company is located in the southern suburb of Jiangshan City, covering an area of about 700 Mu and more than 800 employees. The company was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2006, and closed to public issuance in 2013. In 2016, it implemented major asset restructuring (acquisition of 100% equity of zhetifeng). At present, the total share capital of the company is RMB 556million.
The company is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of chemical products. Jiangshan Chemical Co., Ltd. has: 18000 tons / year dimethylformamide (2 sets of units), 40000 tons / year dimethylacetamide (2 sets of units), 180000 tons / a methylamine (2 sets of devices), 45000 tons / a synthetic ammonia, 10000 tons / a sodium methoxychloride, 2000 tons / a high purity epoxy resin and other production units, and 16.5mw self-made thermal power plant. Among them, DMF and DMAC are among the top in the world, and DMAC is the first in China, and it is one of the domestic organic amine production bases. DMF and DMAC products have market share of 25% and 65% respectively, and they are sold to more than 20 provinces (cities) in China. Some of them are exported to Southeast Asia and the United States and Europe, and enjoy good reputation in the market. Meanwhile, it has 80000 tons / year maleic anhydride plant and its supporting annual output of 90000 t-butane unit, with an annual output of 85000 tons of maleic anhydride, and by-product of light hydrocarbons such as isobutane and propane. The maleic anhydride unit adopts the process of n-butane oxidation and solvent absorption to produce maleic anhydride, and has successfully entered into the customers of unsaturated tree fat, tartaric acid, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and other industries; it has a total planned capacity of 300000 tons / year The first phase PC production unit with a capacity of 100000 tons / year is specialized in the R & D, production and sales of polycarbonate (PC), has independent intellectual property rights of polycarbonate manufacturing technology, and the first phase of the plant was completed and put into operation in 2014.
