Market introduction:

New product introduction:

In the face of increasingly strict emission regulations, through active independent innovation and foreign technical cooperation, the series of national Ⅲ diesel engines of 4d22e, 4d18e, 4d25, 4D26, 4d18f and 422f have been successfully developed by adopting the technical routes of electronic control high pressure common rail, electric control monomer pump and electric control VE pump. The series of 4A1, 4b1, 4B2 and 4D series of national Ⅳ products have been successfully developed by adopting the high pressure common rail, electric water cooled EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) and tail gas treatment, and the domestic practical single pump plus EGR and SCR (selective catalytic reducing agent). Among them, 4b1-88 (82) C40 and 4b2-95c40 have passed the provincial new product appraisal, and are actively preparing the declaration work of national new products. Through the successful development of Series III and IV products, quanchai has become the most extensive domestic product technology line and the most complete diesel engine enterprise.

In order to further highlight the advantages and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, quanchai successfully participated in the National 863 project "key technology and product development of diesel engine for small excavator" and "research and development of diesel engine for small and medium-sized agricultural machinery and engineering machinery".

Technical transformation:

In order to further promote the technological transformation of products, since the 11th five year plan, the whole diesel has invested in high-power heavy truck, diesel engine project of engineering machinery, high-quality casting project, automatic processing line project of four and six cylinder blocks and the second phase capacity expansion project of plastic pipe, with a total investment of more than 1billion yuan.

The advanced equipment and technology of international advanced static pressure molding line, cold core box core making center, high-efficiency and strong sand mixer, as well as advanced technology such as high temperature and high pressure positioning cleaning, multi head positioning torque, online detection, automatic test, AGV trolley, etc. are widely used in the whole production line of casting, processing, assembly and test run. Through the technical transformation of high starting point, the whole Chai strengthened the quality control in the whole production process, and achieved lean production, and ensured the product quality.
