Accelerating the development of modern forestry and grassland economy is an important measure to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and realize "industrial prosperity", an important way to practice the "two mountains" concept and promote the construction of ecological civilization, an effective means to promote regional economic development and expand the channels for farmers to increase income, and an important field to seize the commanding height of green industry revolution and cultivate strategic emerging industries. Forest food is an important part of forest resources, a green industry to enrich the people, a rising "sunrise industry", and an important starting point for the implementation of forestry revitalization strategy.

In order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization, practice the concept of "two mountains", promote the brand construction of forest food, and strengthen the connection between production and marketing, the fourth China Forest Food Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as "forest trade fair") sponsored by China Forestry Industry Federation under the guidance of the State Forestry and grassland administration will be solemnly held in Shanghai World Expo exhibition hall from June 7 to 9, 2021.

In 2012, the "Forest Fair" was officially listed as the key industry exhibition of the State Forestry and grassland administration. The last Forest Fair attracted more than 20 regional groups from more than 10 provinces, and more than 300 leading enterprises, such as Daxinganling Forestry Group, Longjiang forest industry, Changbaishan forest industry, Inner Mongolia Forest industry, etc., to participate in the fair, which achieved good economic benefits and social repercussions. With the theme of "brand building and Rural Revitalization" and the purpose of "displaying achievements, promoting exchanges and promoting transactions", the fourth "Forest Fair" aims to build a professional, market-oriented and brand-oriented high-level exchange and cooperation platform, promote the brand construction of forest food, strengthen the connection between production and marketing, promote consumption upgrading, help farmers increase income, and promote the development of China's modern forestry economy, Promote rural revitalization. The fourth "Forest Fair" will build a national forest food industry event, with an estimated exhibition area of 20000 square meters, more than 500 exhibitors and more than 50000 visitors.

（4） Forest nuts: walnut, hazelnut, pine nuts and other forest nuts;

（5） Forest meat: livestock, fish, eggs, milk and other forest animals growing in forest environment;

（6） Forest food: rice, millet, coarse cereals and other kinds of food and food substitutes grown in the forest environment;

（7） Forest oil: Camellia oleifera, olive, walnut oil, oil palm oil and other forest plants rich in oil;

（8） Forest drinks: honeysuckle, coffee, bamboo leaf, medlar and other drinks and alcoholic drinks made from forest animals and plants;

（9） Forest medicinal materials: eucommia, ginseng, Ganoderma lucidum, Magnolia officinalis, Fructus aurantii, Gardenia jasminoides, Dendrobium officinale, sika deer, muntjac, rare snakes, etc;

（10） Forest bee products: Forest honey, bee pollen, propolis, such as royal jelly, bee venom, beeswax, bee larvae, bee pupae, etc;

（11） Forest spices: Zanthoxylum bungeanum, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, laurel, Magnolia and other forest plants rich in fragrance, hemp and spicy smell;

（12） Forest tea: Longjing tea, Biluochun tea, Tieguanyin tea and Pu'er tea grown in forest environment;
