Chemact (Liaoning) Petrochemicals Ltd is a joint venture who specialized in producing paraffin wax, blend wax, candles and other relative wax products. It was founded in 2004, located in Fushun city, Liaoning province with total area of 15, 000 square meters and over 1000 employees. The annual export is more than 100 million US dollars.

The founders of Chemact have the background and experience in petrochemical and wax products for more than 25 years. They have been especially involved in wax producing and trading for years. Chemact is a leading supplier of paraffin wax in Kunlun and other brands from subsidiary refineries of Petrochina and Sinopec. With advantages of stable raw material supply and strong technical support from Petrochina Fushun Petrochemical Company who is one of the biggest paraffin production bases in the worlds. Chemact becomes the biggest wax blending manufacturer in China, with blending compacity of 95000 tons per year. Meanwhile, Chemact also supplies various candles, especially white pillar candle, which are widely used for lighting and religous activities.

At present, more than 95% products of Chemact are exported to over 70 countries and regions, including Europe, America, Asia, Africa and Oceania. Chemact is taking the lading position in the paraffin wax market.
