NDRC: First half of electrolytic aluminum production 19.64 million tons, up 10.1%

Development and Reform Commission released the first half of the non-ferrous metals industry operation. In the first half of the year, the country's ten non-ferrous metal production 32.55 million tons, an increase of 11%, the growth rate of 8.1 percentage points year-on-year. Among them, copper production of 5.15 million tons, an increase of 12.2%, an increase of 7.6 percentage points; electrolytic aluminum production of 19.64 million tons, an increase of 10.1%, an increase of 8.4 percentage points; lead production of 3.61 million tons, an increase of 20.9%, an increase of 16.5 percentage points; zinc production of 3.27 million tons, an increase of 5%, a drop of 2.7 percentage points. Alumina production of 39.28 million tons, up 11%, down 5.1% a year ago.
