China exported 490,200 tons of unwrought aluminum and aluminum in August, up 24% year-on-year, compared with 469,000 tons in July; the cumulative import volume from January to August was 3.132 million tons, up 14.2% year-on-year.
China's imports of unwrought copper and copper imports in August were 394,000 tons, down 41.07% year-on-year and down 7.2 percent sequentially; China's imports of unwrought copper and copper imports from January to August were 3.613 million tons, down 15.4% year-on-year.
China's August imports of copper ore and its concentrates were 1.886 million tons, up 18.8% year-on-year and down 0.05% YoY; January-August cumulative imports were 15.268 million tons, up 14% YoY.
