September 2021 Xinjiang electrolytic aluminum enterprises self-provided power plant system backup fee standards

According to the General Office of the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region "Notice on the establishment of price linkage mechanism for the standby fee standard of the captive power plant of electrolytic aluminum enterprises in our region" (Xinzhengfa [2016] No. 177) relevant provisions, the standby fee standard for the captive power plant system of electrolytic aluminum enterprises in the region in September 2021 is announced as follows.

On August 31, 2021, the spot price of electrolytic aluminum in Yangtze River published by Yangtze River Non-ferrous Metals Network was RMB 21230-21250/ton, with an average price of RMB 21240/ton. The system standby fee standards for electrolytic aluminum enterprises' self-provided power plants in the region in September are: 220 kV RMB 0.028/kWh, 110 kV RMB 0.032/kWh, 35 kV RMB 0.035/kWh. PVC, calcium carbide and other enterprises to prepare their own power plant system backup fee standard reference implementation.
