Before the signing, Zhang Yong, secretary of the municipal party committee, Qin Weiguo, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, had a discussion with Li and his party. Qin Weiguo presided over the signing ceremony. He said that the signing of the project is not only a concrete practice to thoroughly implement the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping's visit to Anhui, but also an important initiative to push deeper and more practical "double invitations" and build "five groups and ten chains" industrial system in Huaibei City. All relevant departments at all levels should actively take the initiative to provide services to ensure that the project is completed, put into operation and reach the effect as early as possible.
Fang Xinyu signed the "Investment Agreement of New Energy Vehicle Aluminum Products Production Base Project" with the main person in charge of Huabei High-tech Zone Management Committee, and the relevant person in charge of Guoxuan Holding Group signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement between Guoxuan Holding Group and Anhui Tao Aluminum Research Institute Co.
