Li Shisong, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, pointed out in his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony that in recent years, Qujing City has conscientiously implemented the province's decision to build "three cards", and deeply promoted the construction of green aluminum deep processing industry base, around "anode carbon - electrolytic aluminum The layout of green aluminum and downstream processing industry chain has been formed, and the local deep processing rate of primary aluminum has reached 78.57%, 23 percentage points higher than that of the province, providing strong support for Yunnan to build "China Aluminum Valley".
Li Shisong stressed that the 900,000-ton anode carbon project of Sotong Cloud Aluminum is a key support project for the city to build a 100-billion-level green aluminum deep processing industry, which is a key link to promote the development of coal chemical industry and green aluminum industry cycle, and is of great significance to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, promote the development of industrial clusters and build a green low-carbon recycling economic system. All relevant departments at all levels in the city should adhere to the work concept of "grasping the project and serving the enterprise", deeply implement the service enterprise and project coordination and promotion "three systems", and actively provide bit and whole process service for the project construction.
