It is understood that the project is invested and constructed by Shaanxi Liangdingrui Metallic New Materials Co., Ltd. Since the construction started in February 2020, after more than a year of intense construction, the organization has recently completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment after the technical staff, and now has successfully entered the trial production stage, which is expected to reach a daily output of more than 200 tons and a daily output value of more than 4 million yuan. The company adopts order-based sales, and the products are currently in short supply and selling well.
Shaanxi Liangdingrui annual output of 80,000 tons of new special aluminum wire project with a total investment of 320 million yuan, covers an area of 67.3 acres, including material workshop, production workshop and finished product storage facilities, construction of domestic continuous casting and rolling production line 4, by tilting furnace, casting machine, rolling mill, wire closing machine and other 20 equipment, annealing furnace, aging furnace, wire drawing machine and other 56 units (sets) of equipment. It can produce high-strength, high-conductivity, high-flexibility, corrosion-, abrasion- and heat-resistant electrician's aluminum round rods, 2-series to 8-series aluminum alloy rods for cable pre-twisted stranding, automobile air-conditioning condensation tubes, rivets, alloy welding rods and other products processing. The products produced by the company are widely used in electric power, automobile, transportation, minerals, ships, aerospace and other fields.
