for high speed railRecently, Jili Bai Mining Group successfully developed and produced 6005A large-size aluminum alloy round bar for high speed rail, and the product successfully passed the evaluation of the expert group. This marks a breakthrough in the Group's independent trial production of aluminum alloy materials.
The project was implemented by Jili Bai Minerals Group Research Institute. Under the leadership of the technical person in charge, the whole institute rose to the challenge, and the members had their own duties and meticulous arrangements. Adequate demonstration was conducted before the trial production, a detailed trial production plan was formulated, and the technical problems that are likely to arise in the production were analyzed and judged in depth, and each key technical difficulty in the production was continuously tracked and solved in time to ensure the orderly progress of the trial production. Finally, with the joint efforts of all engineers and technicians, we successfully developed 6005A round bar for high speed rail, meanwhile, the project declared 22 patents and published 6 papers. Since this year, the research institute based on high starting point, high positioning, dedicated research and trial production of high value-added products, the successful development of 6005A round bar for high-speed rail, for the Group's subsequent trial production of larger specifications of cast bar materials laid a solid foundation, but also for the Group's further development of products, into the field of confidence.
The research and development to meet the production process technology of large-size, 6005A aluminum alloy ingot products for high-speed rail and achieve industrial application, enrich and extend the product varieties of aluminum deep processing in Guangxi, especially in Baise City, enhance the technical level of Baise aluminum and aluminum processing industry, and promote the pace of Baise becoming a large and strong city of aluminum and aluminum processing.
The 6005A large-size round ingots for high-speed railways lay the foundation for the processing and manufacturing of rail transportation profiles. The products aim at the requirements of rail transportation and have a wide range of domestic and foreign markets, which is of great importance to the modernization and localization of transportation in China.
