1000 tons/year mesoporous alumina production project will reach production soon

Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Hydrogen Energy) was informed that the domestic 1000 tons/year mesoporous alumina production project independently developed by the enterprise will reach production soon. Li Xiugang, the general manager of C-Hydrogen Energy, introduced that after the completion of the project, it can realize the annual production of 660,000 standard cubic meters of hydrogen, and the daily production of hydrogen is about 2,240 standard cubic meters.

After dozens of years of research and development, the scientific research team of China Hydrogen Energy has successfully developed a new technology of active solid hydrogen material and mesoporous nano alumina trioxide with independent intellectual property rights. This core technology has successfully solved the two major problems of hydrogen storage and transportation.

In the 1000 tons/year mesoporous alumina production project, China Hydrogen Energy adopts the concept of aluminum hydrogen energy and applies the patented special process. After the reaction of the core technology material active solid hydrogen material with pure water, it is cooled, dried and purified by molecular sieve filtration to finally produce high-purity hydrogen gas.

Li Xiugang introduced: "Our mesoporous nano-alumina material has a large hydrogen storage capacity of 1.2-1.5 liters of hydrogen per gram of material, which is highly cost-effective. Using the material we produce to produce hydrogen can realize self-regulation of hydrogen production cost, and achieve the purity of hydrogen produced up to 99.99% or more, without secondary purification, which can effectively solve the problem of downstream use cost of hydrogen chain."

It is reported that the mesoporous nano-alumina trioxide materials produced by the patented special process of China Hydrogen Energy have the advantages of high purity, large specific surface area, high reactivity, small average particle size, narrow particle size distribution, etc., which have wide application prospects in many fields such as multi-phase catalysis, separation and purification, drug storage and release, sensor manufacturing, membrane material application, adsorption (tail gas treatment, sewage treatment) and acoustics.
