RWE group, founded in 1898, is located in Essen, the industrial zone of grand Ruhr, Germany. Now, it has seven branches: energy, mining and raw materials, petrochemical, environmental services, machinery, telecommunications and civil engineering.

Brief introduction of German Rhine group

The seven divisions operate independently, but their business and financial results are reported to RWE group. Now, RWE group has developed into a larger energy supplier and infrastructure service provider in Germany. The idea of diversified RWE group is to pursue diversified public utilities and put forward the service concept of European energy market.

As an energy and chemical company, rag has more than 100000 employees all over the world. It is one of the largest companies in Ruhr, Germany.

Rhine group has always focused on professional areas, with about half of its employees working in the energy, chemical and real estate industries, and the other half working in ore collection and coal mining in Ruhr district.
