Industrialization process

The 160000t / a coal based synthetic oil industrial demonstration project of Inner Mongolia Yitai group, which adopts the coal based liquid fuel slurry bed industrial technology independently developed by China Science and technology synthetic oil Technology Co., Ltd., was started in May 2006 and successfully started in March 2009. The 160000t / a coal indirect liquefaction industrial demonstration project of Shanxi Lu'an Mining Group, which is built by using the coal based liquid fuel synthetic slurry bed industrial technology independently developed by China Science and technology synthetic oil Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully put into trial run in July 2009, and qualified oil products were produced.

In July 2010, China International Engineering Consulting Corporation organized domestic experts to conduct performance assessment and acceptance of Yitai 160000t / a coal to liquid project. The assessment results of the expert group showed that: the catalyst, reactor and synthesis technology of coal to liquid Fischer Tropsch synthesis developed by China Science and technology synthetic oil company.

From 2011 to 2012, Shenhua Ningmei 4 million tons / year indirect coal liquefaction project, Shanxi Lu'an high sulfur coal clean utilization, oil chemical and electric heating integration demonstration project, and Inner Mongolia Yitai 1.2 million tons / year fine chemicals project adopting coal to oil technology of China Science and technology synthetic oil Technology Co., Ltd. were successively started.

In December 2016, Shenhua Ningmei 4 million tons / year indirect coal liquefaction demonstration project was put into operation, producing Fischer Tropsch synthetic light oil, stable heavy oil, stable wax and diesel oil. All indicators were analyzed and qualified, and the whole process of coal to liquid was completed. This marks the successful commissioning of Shenhua Ningmei project adopting Fischer Tropsch synthetic coal to liquid technology of China Science and technology synthetic oil company, and creates a new era of China's coal to liquid industry Historical moment.
