Baotou Huamei rare earth Hi Tech Co., Ltd. was established in 1993, formerly a private joint-stock high-tech enterprise specializing in rare earth products. In April 2003, the company and the northern rare earth (Group) company carried out a strong alliance, forming a new economic development model of win-win cooperation between private enterprises and state-owned listed companies. With the concern and support from all walks of life, the company has achieved double growth of production scale and economic aggregate through years of hard work with relatively holding capital structure, and has become one of the large-scale rare earth production bases in China's rare earth industry. In April 2011, the rest of the company's equity was acquired by northern rare earth (Group) company, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of northern rare earth (Group) company.

The company has a total assets of 990 million yuan, covering an area of 300000 square meters, a construction area of 120000 square meters, and more than 1600 employees. It has three production branches, one power branch and twelve departments. There is a special R & D center. In addition to radiating the domestic market, our products are also exported to Japan, the United States, South Korea, Europe and other countries, as well as Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions.
