Jiangxi Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd. formerly known as Jiangxi Guixi chemical fertilizer Co., Ltd. The ground was broken in 1988 and put into operation in 1991. In 2000, the debt to equity swap was implemented, with a registered capital of 917.5 million yuan. The total capacity of chemical fertilizer is nearly 1 million tons.

The current equity structure of the company is: Anhui Liuguo chemical industry accounts for 51%, Jiangxi investment accounts for 32.32%, China Xinda accounts for 10.74%, and China Haohua accounts for 5.94%. On January 6, 2012, the company officially changed its name to Jiangxi Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd.

Jiangxi Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd. is a large-scale national enterprise which produces high concentration phosphate compound fertilizer as the leading product, with an annual output of 1 million tons of chemical fertilizer. Chemical fertilizer products include diammonium phosphate, potassium containing diammonium phosphate, chlorine based compound fertilizer, sulfur based compound fertilizer, crop specific fertilizer, BB fertilizer and other series of nearly 80 varieties, as well as high-quality phosphoric acid, phosphogypsum, calcium hydrogen phosphate, fluorosilicic acid, sodium fluorosilicate, hydrochloric acid, cement retarder and other chemical products. The company implements multi brand and multi variety management strategy, and the main brands are "shidazhuang", "Guihua", "Qunxing" and "tianyuanfeng".
