Ningxia DaBeiNong science and Technology Industry Co., Ltd. is a member of China Feed Industry Association, covering an area of 170 mu. At present, there are two production plants in Ningxia Dabei agricultural science and Technology Park and Halal cattle, sheep and milk special feed scientific research and production base, equipped with Sino foreign joint venture technology and equipment of Swiss Changzhou Buhler production line. Founded in 1987, Ningxia Dabei agriculture was originally a small feed enterprise under the Grain Bureau of the autonomous region. At the beginning, the main task of the factory was to provide supporting services for the experimental farms of feed companies. Supported and protected by relevant national policies, the factory also experienced a short resplendence, forming a production scale of 5000 tons in three shifts a year. However, the state-owned enterprises are on the verge of bankruptcy because they can not overcome their own problems.

At the end of 1994, Xing Zeguang, who was then the director of the grain and oil processing plant in Helan county and also the director of the halal food plant, was entrusted by the Grain Bureau of the autonomous region and appointed to take over as the director in the face of crisis. In 1995, through technical cooperation with Beijing DaBeiNong group, we found a way to develop and expand by going out to sea by boat and climbing by ladder.

In June 2004, he started his second business. In Yinchuan Desheng Industrial Park, 100 mu of land was expropriated and 60 million yuan was invested to build Ningxia Dabei agricultural science and technology park. A feed production line with an annual production capacity of 120000 tons, a veterinary drug production line with an annual production capacity of 500 tons and an oil processing production line with an annual processing capacity of 25000 tons were newly built. In May 2006, Ningxia Dabei agricultural science and Technology Park was ceremoniously opened, and the enterprise has since entered the fast lane of development.

In March 2009, he started his third venture. In Desheng Industrial Park, 64 mu of land has been acquired and 90 million yuan has been invested to build a scientific research and production base with an annual output of 600000 tons of cattle and sheep feed. In November 2009, the first phase of 300000 tons project was successfully completed and put into operation.
