Shaanxi Qinli Rubber Co., Ltd. (formerly state-owned Meixian rubber factory in Shaanxi Province) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen East rubber and plastic industry Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1969. The company is located in Bawanghe Industrial Park, Meixian County, with a construction area of nearly 50000 square meters, more than 200 employees and more than 50 professional and technical personnel.

The company has strong technical force, advanced production technology and complete detection means. The main products are rubber floor, plastic bags and so on. Rubber floor products are introduced by the company in the early 20th century. It is a new environmental protection high-end floor decoration material, which is widely used in hospitals, airports, venues, exhibition halls, power plants, vehicles and other places. It has the remarkable characteristics of anti-static, anti pollution, anti-skid, sound absorption, flame retardant, good elasticity, corrosion resistance, bright color, rich patterns, recycling and so on. The main products include: bright coil, hammering block, small floating-point block, matte surface coil, corrugated surface coil, matte surface block, square floating-point block, dark pattern series coil, natural fiber rubber floor and so on. The natural fiber rubber floor is the first in China.
