Changchun Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Changchun Gas) was established through asset restructuring in 1998 by means of directional fund raising, and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 11, 2000.

It is a large pipeline gas enterprise in Jilin Province. It is also an important implementation enterprise of infrastructure construction and people's livelihood work of Changchun municipal government. It is in the leading position of gas industry in the province. Over the years since listing, especially after Hong Kong Zhonghua gas joined Changchun gas, the operation and management of Changchun Gas has gradually been in line with international standards. At present, it has 20 branches (subsidiaries) and joint-stock companies, 1.27 million gas customers and more than 4 million direct service customers. The urban gas pipeline is 3000 km and the outer ring high-pressure pipe network is 128 km. It has the functions of gas transmission, gas storage, gas distribution and peak shaving. The peak shaving gas plant with gas storage capacity of 6 million m3 and LNG gasification capacity of 1 million m3 / D is the main emergency gas source in Changchun. With the development of Changchun natural gas outer ring high pressure pipe network and gas source peak shaving plant, Changchun Gas has a modern safety gas supply management guarantee system and a mature customer service operation system, and has established a good strategic cooperation relationship between upstream and downstream gas supply.

The main products are gas, with a complete energy supply and marketing system for urban civil, industrial and commercial, automotive and other end customers. The gas business has expanded to 8 cities in the province, and the related business has entered more than 100 cities in China. The main business sectors are divided into: the gas sector represented by Changchun urban gas and distributed energy supply services; the gas business investment sector of Jilin Province radiated by Changjitu as the axis, which is the leading enterprise of comprehensive energy utilization and development in Northeast China.

At present, Changchun gas is implementing a new five-year development strategy: on the basis of ensuring the safe gas supply of the city, it will vigorously develop clean energy, continuously expand the application fields and service radius of clean energy, play an important role in the construction of green livable environment with blue sky and clear water, and create sustainable value for shareholders, society and customers.
