CLP electric (Nanjing) photovoltaic Co., Ltd

CLP electric (Nanjing) photovoltaic Co., Ltd., headquartered in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China, was co founded by Mr. Lu Tingxiu, chairman of CLP electric group, and Dr. Zhao Jianhua in 2004. It is a world leading manufacturer of solar photovoltaic modules. On May 18, 2007, CLP PV was successfully listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange of the United States (Stock Code: CSUN). It is an early listed enterprise in Nanjing.

Since the establishment of the company, relying on the international professional research team, CLP PV has always focused on the R & D and manufacturing of photovoltaic products, and actively built an integrated industrial chain layout from battery, module to downstream system development and investment. In 2008, CLP photovoltaic became one of the earliest successful commercial producers of selective emitter cells in the world; in 2011, the introduction of QSAR single crystal products further improved the average conversion efficiency to the world's leading level.

At present, CLP PV has successfully built a production base layout of Nanjing, Shanghai and Turkey, with a module capacity of 1.2gw, and has provided more than 3.0gw of solar PV module products to customers all over the world, serving various household, commercial, power station and off grid projects, providing green and clean renewable energy for thousands of households.

In addition, CLP PV has undertaken a number of key scientific and technological projects, and completed many international cooperation projects between China and the United States, Italy, Central Europe, China and the west, China and Japan. In 2011, the 7 MW solar roof project of Nanjing South Railway Station, which was constructed and operated by CLP photovoltaic, is a large-scale photovoltaic building integration project in the world and an outstanding landmark project of building energy conservation in China.
