CNOOC Petrochemical Co., Ltd. ("CNOOC petrochemical", stock code: 3983) is a large modern enterprise engaged in the development, production and sales of chemical fertilizers and chemical products. On September 29, 2006, CNOOC was listed on the stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited. It has a capacity of 2.36 million tons of urea, 1 million tons of phosphate compound fertilizer and 1.6 million tons of methanol.

The company produces compound fertilizer in Fudao plant and Dayukou plant respectively. In terms of product formula and production index control, nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen are effectively integrated according to the absorption characteristics of crops. The product has fast fertilizer effect, sufficient stamina, no biuret and safer application. Through positive and negative flotation and special purification of phosphoric acid, harmful substances and impurities affecting fertilizer efficiency are removed. The product has good solubility, high water-soluble phosphorus, better ecological and environmental protection, and better crop absorption. Potassium sulfate produced by Mannheim process has extremely low chloride ion content and higher quality.
