Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Co., Ltd. is a Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Plant, which was founded in 1958 and officially renamed as Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Co., Ltd. on July 1, 2007. It is the first professional enterprise engaged in R & D and production of adhesives and sealants in China. It is a wholly-owned three-tier subsidiary of Shanghai Huayi (group) Co., Ltd. in 2015, it injected shuangqian shares as the high-quality assets of Huayi Group, and became a leading enterprise Huayi Group is part of the overall listing of 10 billion assets.

The company is characterized by R & D and production of engineering special polyurethane adhesives.
