It was established on April 22, 1993 and renamed as China Zhenhua electronic group Xintian Power Co., Ltd. in 2008. It is subordinate to China Zhenhua Electronics Group Co., Ltd., providing power support for all units in Guiyang area of the group company, and supplying ordinary and high-purity hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, oxygen and other industrial gases to the society.

For more than 20 years, the "safe, economic and reasonable" eight character policy of power operation has been well implemented, which ensures the power supply of Guiyang area of the group company and provides basic conditions for the development of all units. The nitrogen, argon and oxygen series products produced by the company adopt the process technology of cryogenic air separation device; the hydrogen series products produced by the company adopt the pure water electrolysis separation technology, which are more perfect production technology in the 1990s. Before filling the high purity gas, special treatment should be taken to the inside of the cylinder to ensure that the product gas is not polluted. The technical indicators meet the national standards. The company's products are of stable quality and sufficient supply. At present, there are two sets of nitrogen and oxygen air separation units, with an annual output of 6 million cubic meters of nitrogen and 2.6 million cubic meters of oxygen. There are two sets of hydrogen production electrolysis units with an annual output of 1.8 million cubic meters of hydrogen.
