Changzhou Ornish mainly develops protein enzyme MP (a special functional protease different from the market microbial fermentation), with an annual output of 1 The protein enzyme MP is about 3000 tons. The four level application research and development system of enzyme preparation developed by Shanghai Ornish includes laboratory in vitro digestion evaluation system (model establishment), SPF like broiler and pig biological evaluation (small-scale test), scale feed production and breeding enterprise evaluation (pilot application) and third-party independent test evaluation. Through the company's R & D platform, we have developed feed enzyme application expert system (feaes), including common feed database, enzyme preparation database and environmental impact factor database, and established a set of feed enzyme evaluation and R & D procedures, which provides basis for domestic large feed enterprises and breeding groups to customize feed enzyme products.
