Founded in 1993, Lishi group takes "creating quality life" as its mission. Group involved in daily necessities manufacturing, department stores, supermarket chain, commercial real estate, equity investment, import and export business and other industries. The group has been ranked among China's top 500 manufacturing enterprises, China's top 500 private enterprises and Zhejiang's top 100 enterprises for many years. In 2011, the sales reached 10.5 billion yuan, an increase of 2 billion yuan compared with 8.5 billion yuan in 2010, with an increase of 24.5%.

Daily necessities manufacturing: the annual production capacity ranks first in Asia. In recent years, through optimization and upgrading, the added value of products has been further improved. Commercial real estate: Lishi real estate mainly develops the third generation urban commercial complex Lishi square, which integrates large department stores, supermarkets, star hotels, office buildings, high-grade apartments and cinemas. It integrates shopping, catering, culture and entertainment to form an independent large business circle. Lishi has its own commercial real estate planning and design organization, professional commercial real estate construction team and commercial management company, forming a complete industrial chain of commercial real estate and the core competitive advantage of the enterprise. Lishi square can produce four social benefits: first, improve the function of urban area; second, improve the level of urban business; third, create a large number of new jobs; fourth, create a sustained huge amount of tax revenue.

Lishi commercial real estate mainly focuses on the third and fourth tier cities. Later, Lishi group set up supermarkets in rural villages and towns on a large scale, and established a number of large-scale high-end department stores in the name of "new Jiangxia department store" and "Lishi department store" in the third and fourth tier cities of Haiyan, Tonglu, Xiangshan and Zhenhai in Zhejiang Province. At present, Lishi has 12 large department stores and 55 chain supermarkets, covering Ningbo and Zhejiang Province. In 2010, Lishi will turn its goal to develop the third generation urban commercial complex Lishi square, which integrates department stores, supermarkets, hotels, catering, culture and entertainment.

Future goals: in the next two years, the group will continue to promote the "excellent two into three" transformation and upgrading strategy, optimize the manufacturing industry, expand and strengthen the business circulation industry, build 25 urban complexes and large department stores, 120 supermarket chains, sell more than 13 billion yuan, and directly provide more than 20000 jobs for the society.
