In August 2007, Renesola invested in the Meishan aluminum silicon industrial park to establish Sichuan reneenergy silicon materials Co., Ltd., which has completed a 3000t / a polycrystalline silicon project. In 2006, Renesola was listed on the London Stock Exchange and raised US $50 million. On March 21, 2007, Renesola successfully issued US $120 million of convertible bonds through Deutsche Bank. In January 2008, Renesola successfully landed on the New York Stock Exchange and raised US $130 million. In June of that year, Renesola successfully issued additional bonds and raised US $185 million.
