Zhangjiagang dike Automotive Chemicals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TEEC) was founded in 1996. It is a Sino Japanese joint venture jointly funded by China National Chemical Construction Corporation, Ethylene Chemical Co., Ltd. (Japan), Beijing University of chemical technology and Donggong Kosen Co., Ltd. (Japan). At present, it is a holding company of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, a large state-owned enterprise.

TEEC focuses on the R & D and production of automobile brake fluid, antifreeze and window cleaning fluid. It has the annual production capacity of 10000 tons of brake fluid, 50000 tons of antifreeze and 50000 tons of window cleaning fluid. The company has 60 employees. Relying on the technology of Ethylene Chemical Co., Ltd. (Japan) and Beijing University of chemical technology, the company is equipped with production equipment and a full set of professional testing equipment, with stable product quality and excellent performance.
