Founded in 1982, New Hope Group Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of state-level key leading enterprises in China's agricultural industrialization. It has ranked among the top 500 Chinese enterprises for 12 consecutive years and ranked first in the top 100 Sichuan enterprises for several years.

So far, the group has more than 600 subsidiary companies in nearly 30 countries at home and abroad, with more than 80000 employees and sales revenue exceeding 90 billion yuan.

At present, the industry involves four fields: agriculture, animal husbandry and food, chemical industry and resources, real estate and infrastructure, finance and investment. It has gradually become a large private enterprise group based on agriculture and animal husbandry and moderately diversified development. Among them, agriculture, animal husbandry and food are the core industries, covering three pig, poultry and dairy industry chains, which have 20 million tons of feed production capacity (ranking first in the country), 1.3 billion poultry processing capacity, 8.5 million pigs processing capacity and 1 million tons of milk processing capacity. New hope chemical industry has the most important high-purity potassium hydroxide production enterprises and calcium hydrogen phosphate production enterprises in China. New hope real estate has developed a medium and high-end urban residential area of more than 3 million square meters. It is also building a unique large business exchange project in the central and western regions of China, leading a new logistics model in the western region. In the field of financial investment, new hope is the largest shareholder of China Minsheng Bank. The group holds high-quality equity in the financial industry and a number of listed or to be listed companies.

New hope group is also one of the first private enterprises in China to go abroad. It started to build factories in Vietnam in 1997. At present, it has invested in more than 50 enterprises or factories in nearly 30 countries, including Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Russia, India and Indonesia, through self construction, merger and acquisition, cooperation, etc. It also plans to speed up the expansion of 10 new factories every year in the next three to five years.
