On January 20, 2014, Longpan Petrochemical successfully completed the joint-stock reform and officially renamed Jiangsu Longpan Technology Co., Ltd. Under the banner of Longpan technology, there are six subsidiaries including Jiangsu kelansu automobile environmental protection technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Shangyi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Jinggong Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., Longpan new lubricating materials (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Longpan Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Longpan automobile maintenance Co., Ltd.
