Shanghai Huayin daily necessities Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985, formerly known as Shanghai Huayin detergent factory, and later renamed Shanghai Huayin daily chemicals General Factory. In April 1997, it was restructured into Shanghai Huayin daily necessities Co., Ltd., a secondary enterprise of the Ministry of light industry of the people's Republic of China.
