In September 2016, the company changed its name to Chengdu yuntu Holding Co., Ltd., headquartered in Xindu Industrial Development Zone, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, with five business divisions and 61 subsidiary companies, including 6 overseas subsidiaries. The annual production capacity of the company is 4.65 million tons of compound fertilizer, 600000 tons of soda ash and ammonium chloride, 100000 tons of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite, 900000 tons of salt and nitrate, 350000 tons of variety salt, 60000 tons of edible potassium chloride, 350000 tons of monoammonium phosphate and 60000 tons of yellow phosphorus, with a total asset of over 8 billion yuan.

On January 18, 2011, the company's shares (Securities abbreviation: Xindu chemical, stock code: 002539) were listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange; on September 20, 2016, due to the company's name change, the company's securities abbreviation was changed to "yuntu Holdings".
