Beijing Hualuo feed additive factory is a wholly-owned enterprise of Zhongmu Industrial Co., Ltd., located at No. 13, Huanyu Road, Jinqiao Science and technology industrial base, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, Tongzhou District, Beijing. It is a large-scale enterprise specializing in the production of feed additives. The main product is Hualuo vitamin compound premix. In 2010, the production and sales of multi-dimensional compound feed were 5000 tons, the output value was more than 310 million yuan, and more than 40 million tons of full price compound feed could be prepared.

The factory covers an area of 20000 square meters, with a construction area of more than 7100 square meters. The main workshop (including warehouse) is 4863 square meters; the comprehensive building (office and quality control center) is 1700 square meters; the boiler room is 341 square meters; the water pump room (including guard room) is 168 square meters; the greening area and roads of the factory are 13000 square meters, with a total investment of more than 50 million yuan.

There are two modern production lines in the factory. All the process equipment are designed, manufactured and installed by Buller company of Switzerland. The batching system, mixing system and central control system are adopted. The production processes of the two production lines are vertically distributed from top to bottom. Each production line has a closed automatic production pipeline, which is independent in space and has no cross in process flow. The annual design capacity is 8000 tons.

At present, the factory has 72 employees, 2 with master's degree, 15 with bachelor's degree or above, accounting for 20% of the total number of employees, and 2 with senior professional title. The quality of personnel is high and full of innovation ability.

Hualuo feed

Tianjin Hualuo premix feed factory was established in March 2005 and officially put into operation in April 2006. The factory is located in the west of niuzhen Town, Gaocun Township, Wuqing District, Tianjin. It is about 10 kilometers away from Langfang exit of Beijing Tianjin Tangshan Expressway in the West and close to Beijing Tianjin Expressway (Beijing Tianjin Tangshan line 2) in the East. The automobile transportation is very convenient.

Tianjin factory has 127 employees, including 3 master's degree graduates and 30% of them have college degree or above. In addition to Tianjin headquarters, Tianjin Hualuo factory also has two branches, namely, Nantong Hualuo and Zhengzhou Hualuo.

The factory has pre mixed feed production process and production equipment. Is specialized in "Hualuo" brand compound premix feed and high quality concentrate feed production enterprises. Products cover pigs, broilers, layers, aquatic products, ruminants and other series, a total of more than 100 varieties. The sales scope of "Hualuo" products covers the whole country. In 2008, Tianjin Hualuo plant was identified as a pollution-free feed enterprise by Tianjin pollution-free feed management office, and the premix products of Tianjin Hualuo plant were identified as pollution-free feed.

The designed single shift capacity of Tianjin plant headquarters and two branch plants is 36000 tons / year. Among them, the designed single shift capacity of Tianjin plant headquarters is 20000 tons / year, that of Nantong Branch is 10000 tons / year, and that of Zhengzhou branch is 6000 tons / year.

The factory has established a strict and perfect product quality control and inspection system, and passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification in November 2006. All QA and QC employees in the factory have college degree or above.
