Established in 1998, Bosch Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is fully responsible for the business of Bosch Group in China's automobile after-sales market. It has become one of the youngest members of Bosch, an industrial group with a history of 100 years. With the continuous growth of China's car ownership, Bosch trade not only provides users with a full range of high-quality spare parts, professional automobile testing equipment, comprehensive and effective technical support and professional automobile service network, but also takes every customer as his partner and friend to promote the Bosch brand to the automobile after-sales service market in China!

Bosch Group is a leading technology and service provider in the world. In the fields of automotive technology, industrial technology, consumer goods and intelligent building technology, Bosch Group has more than 271000 employees and has achieved a sales performance of more than 46.3 billion euros in fiscal year 2007. The group includes Robert Bosch GmbH and more than 300 branches and regional companies in 50 countries. This global manufacturing, sales and after-sales service network has laid the foundation for its further development. Bosch invests more than 3 billion euro in R & D every year, and applied for about 3000 patents worldwide in 2007 alone. The company was founded by Robert Bosch (1861-1942) in Stuttgart in 1886 as "precision mechanical and electrical engineering workshop".

Bosch Group's unique form of ownership ensures its financial independence and enterprise development autonomy. The group can not only make large-scale early investment to ensure its long-term development. The charitable Robert Bosch Foundation owns 92% of the Robert Bosch group, and the majority of the voting rights of the group are held by Robert Bosch Industrial Trust. The trust company also performs corporate ownership functions. The remaining shares belong to the Bosch family and Robert Bosch limited.

Bosch Group opened its first trade office in China in 1909 and the first after-sales service workshop in Shanghai in 1926. Today, the group's three major business units have settled in China: automotive technology, industrial technology, consumer goods and building intelligent technology. Bosch currently operates 50 companies with 26200 employees in China and has Bosch (China) Investment Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. In 2010, the combined sales of Bosch in China reached 37.3 billion yuan.

The strong development momentum of Bosch in the Chinese market is due to the close combination of the company's strategic development direction with China's sustainable development and low-carbon economy goals. Today, the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection runs through Bosch China's three major business areas. Bosch China manufactures a wide range of products and solutions for the Chinese market, including clean diesel system, powertrain electrification, wind power gearbox, heat pump, energy-saving household appliances and lithium battery power tools.

Automotive Technology: automotive technology is the largest business department of Bosch. In 2010, Bosch Automotive Technology achieved sustained and stable growth in China, creating 23.3 billion yuan, accounting for 63% of Bosch's total sales in China. As a system wide supplier, Bosch provides a range of localized and energy-saving vehicle technologies and solutions in China to save energy and improve safe driving performance. In October 2010, Bosch Group invested 360 million yuan in a new automobile test technology center, and held a grand foundation laying ceremony in Donghai.
